"Ain't No Love (In the West)" Listening Party

​What: Listening Party for Allie's new single, "Ain't No Love (In the West)".

​Where/Wear: Only the Wild Ones, an analog vinyl listening lounge and natural wine bar located off South Congress in Austin. Dress is trendy casual, but dress up if you're feelin' fancy.

​"Ain't No Love (In the West)", written by Allie Gonino & Rachel Horter, was recorded by David Beck in San Marcos, TX in June '26. The record is genre bending, blending Allie's Texas-folk roots with nature-inspired "jungle-flair" string arrangements. The song speaks to the alienating experience of realizing the American Dream to then being down and out, searching for deeper meaning beyond the confines of capitalism and greed. It is a direct call-out to the establishment as well as American culture, and asks the audience to question the values we currently live by.

​"Ain't No Love (In the West)" comes out on September 11th, and is Allie's first release in 4 years since her EP, 'Good Men'. It serves as a proof of concept for her debut LP, 'Out West', which she intends to record with David Beck and crowdfund through Indiegogo.
