DeepTech Converge - Connecting the dots between Startups and Industry
About the Event
DeepTech Converge is an initiative by pi Ventures, in partnership with AWS and NASSCOM, to create a direct bridge between deeptech founders and large corporates.
The objective is simple: help startups find real market access and help corporates discover relevant technologies. Instead of broad conferences or panels, this is a focused setup where both sides come together for pre-matched, one-on-one conversations.
On 25th September in Bangalore, we will bring together:
15–20 Seed+ deeptech startups across AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, Industry 4.0, and CleanTech.
15–20 corporates and CVCs from technology, industrials, and energy, who are scouting for innovation in these areas.
Each corporate will receive startup briefs in advance and select who they want to meet. On the day, founders will have 20-minute meetings with decision-makers, followed by informal networking over dinner and drinks.
The aim is to see where pilots, partnerships, or collaborations can emerge, without the noise of a typical demo day.
Who Should Apply
We are looking for startups that are:
Seed stage and beyond.
Building defensible technology with a strong IP core.
At pilot or early customer stage and ready to engage with corporates on clear use cases.
Working in the following domains:
Intelligent Systems: AI infra, edge AI, cybersecurity, robotics, quantum.
Industry 4.0: semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, industrial automation, sensors, energy-efficient systems.
Sustainability & CleanTech: energy storage, EV infrastructure, decarbonization, new materials, circular economy.
What Corporates Will Be Looking For
Expect to meet:
Global tech leaders exploring AI infra, cloud, and security.
Industrial majors in robotics, semiconductors, and automation.
Energy and sustainability leaders working on EV infra, storage, and decarbonization.
CVCs with an active mandate to scout and back deeptech companies.
