Revenue is changing. Is your operating model ready?

AI is reshaping how companies sell. Buying behaviour is changing. Revenue teams are converging. Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Revenue Operations are being asked to operate as one system.

And the expectations placed on today's CRO are changing faster than most organisations can keep up with.

The Go-To-Market and Chief Revenue Officer Summit brings together a curated group of CROs, GTM leaders, RevOps executives and senior commercial leaders for one high-signal evening focused on what comes next.

Just sharp ideas, candid conversations, meaningful connections and recognition of the leaders moving the revenue profession forward.

THE EXECUTIVE PANEL
The New Revenue Engine — What is Actually Working in ANZ?

AI has made outreach infinite. Every buyer's inbox is flooded with machine-written messages, every pipeline dashboard promises automation, and every revenue leader is being asked the same question: what do we build, what do we buy, and what do we protect?

This panel answers it. Four senior commercial leaders discuss what they have actually changed in their revenue organisations, what they have stopped doing, and where human judgement remains the non-negotiable edge when everything else is being automated. The CRO role is being rewritten in real time. CEOs and boards are raising the bar. Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Revenue Operations are being asked to operate as one system. No talking points. No safe answers. Just the decisions that are actually being made, the bets that paid off, and the ones that did not.

The premise

AI has changed how revenue teams research, prospect, sell and operate. But more technology does not automatically create more revenue.

The real challenge for revenue leaders is building the system around the technology: the right market, message, GTM motion, sales capability, partnerships, data, AI, leadership and culture.

This panel brings together senior ANZ revenue leaders to examine what is actually working, what is no longer working, and what organisations need to build now to create sustainable growth.

The conversation will explore:

  • The modern GTM model: What does a high-performing revenue organisation actually need to have in place to consistently create and convert pipeline?

  • From automation to GTM Engineering: Where is AI genuinely creating leverage across prospecting, research, qualification, account strategy and revenue operations, and where is it simply creating more noise?

  • The new sales executive: As AI takes over more research and execution, what capabilities will distinguish exceptional sales and business development leaders?

  • Signal over activity: How are leading teams identifying genuine buying signals rather than measuring success through activity, volume and vanity metrics?

  • Sales, Marketing, RevOps & CS as one system: What needs to change for these functions to operate around one revenue engine rather than separate targets and disconnected workflows?

  • Partnerships as a growth engine: Where do strategic partnerships, channels and ecosystems fit into modern GTM, and when do they outperform traditional outbound?

  • Leadership & culture: What behaviours, accountability structures and operating rhythms are required when AI is changing the way revenue teams work?

  • The 2027 revenue organisation: What should CEOs and CROs be building now if they want a revenue organisation capable of adapting to the next phase of AI and buyer behaviour?
