Japanese CVC Showcase
The CVC Club, in partnership with Rakuten Capital, is delighted to present an upcoming London event spotlighting Japanese corporate innovation.
This will be the go-to gathering for identifying and showcasing every Japanese corporation running a CVC or innovation agenda with a footprint in the UK or Europe.
Our goal: to build a comprehensive directory mapping each Japanese corporate's European presence - where their CVC or innovation arm is based, who leads the team, what they invest in, and how best to connect with them.
We also warmly welcome friends of the Japanese innovation ecosystem and supporters of Japanese CVCs more broadly.
Why Now
Interest from Japanese corporates in international innovation across Europe and the US has never been higher. Yet there is no single, comprehensive picture of which Japanese corporates are actively engaging with international innovation, let alone what each is specifically looking for.
This event is the first step in changing that: bringing the community together in one room, and building a definitive directory to showcase and highlight these teams to the wider innovation ecosystem.
The Backdrop
An evening of drinks and canapés at the sublime Japan House, Kensington - a fitting setting to bring Japan's innovation and capital community together.
