Each session is intentionally structured:
1. Co-working Session - 12:00–4:00 PM
An open work session where founders collaborate, share ideas, and tackle challenges together. Members can drop in, make progress on priority work, and connect with others building ambitious companies.
2. Community Session - 4:00–4:30 PM
A focused member session featuring a spotlight, expert insight, or topic-based discussion. This portion is open to the broader member community.
3. Pod Breakouts - 4:30–7:00 PM
Small pods of 5–8 founders meet for structured hot seats, problem-solving, and accountability. Each pod functions as a peer advisory board designed to build trust, context, and measurable progress over time.
