Study Skills for VI Students
Join us on the 28th April from 5-6pm on zoom for a Study Skills session aimed at VI students. We will share some tips and techniques for getting through your exam season in once piece.
At this session, we will share some coping strategies and tips for building resilience and practicing mindfulness during stressful periods. We will also share some revision techniques and assistive technology advice which can make revision less painful! There will also be time for you to swap ideas and tips for a stress-free exam period. So feel free to bring any tips or techniques which work well for you to the session.
If you would like to bring some homework or revision to get on with in the second half of the session, we plan to use part of the session to give you a space to work independently and take advantage of the group accountability which the session will offer.
