​Michelle is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Mindtrip, an AI-powered travel platform, and the author of GrowUp, a book exploring how leadership psychology shapes a company’s ability to scale. Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, market intelligence, and execution.

​She has built and scaled brands, led teams at the highest levels, and advised companies and founders across industries. In this conversation, she’ll share real-world insights on business growth, leadership, and career development that go beyond the classroom.
