OpenMind OM1 Robot Builder Workshop is an evening builder session for developers who want to move from OM1 onboarding into working robot-agent demos in a single night.
This is a hands-on event, not a passive talk. You will get a clear walkthrough of how OM1 works, build through guided exercises, then spend the rest of the evening shaping your own project with support from the room.

How the Event Works
4:30 PM - Arrival and Access Setup Check in, get settled, and make sure your OM1 access is ready before the workshop starts.
4:45 PM - Platform Overview OpenMind sets the context for the night, the product flow, and what strong submissions should aim for.
5:00 PM - OM1 Architecture Deep-Dive Modes, actions, inputs, backgrounds, JSON configuration flow, and MCP integration.
5:30 PM - Guided Workshop Assignments Start with a simple OM1 agent, then extend into a more capable multi-mode flow so everyone gets to a first win quickly.
6:15 PM - Build Workflow and Submission Guidance We walk through the baseline build and validation flow so you know what to make and how to submit it cleanly.
6:45 PM - Project Build Block Build your own robot-agent project in OM1 with mentoring support from the room.
8:15 PM - Demos and Judging Participants demo what they built. The strongest projects are selected for follow-up recognition and potential robot deployment.
8:45 PM - Wrap-Up Final submissions, content capture, and closeout.
