This year, we’re leaning into the power of gathering.
So much of our role as operations leaders, the industries we work in, and the wider world can feel beyond our control.
But choosing to meet each other in person, especially when things feel uncertain, is powerful in itself.
We don’t just gather to celebrate the good times.
We gather because showing up, sharing space, and reminding ourselves we’re not alone is why the ON community started in the first place.
