Tending to my inner garden: Special Edition with Forest Bathing
Forest Bathing & Art in Nature — Exploring Connection and Community
Shub (Canvas of Calm) + Facilitated by Bhavna (Forest Flow Wellbeing)
Step into a quiet, restorative experience in nature. This session blends gentle forest bathing with art-making, giving you space to slow down, open your senses, and notice the subtle ways our lives are interconnected.
As you walk slowly through the trees and along natural paths, you’ll be invited to observe symbiosis, connection, and community in the natural world — how living systems support and rely on one another in seen and unseen ways.
Through simple art-making and journaling, you can explore your own place in these networks of support:
Where do you feel supported?
Where do you offer support?
How do you connect, lean, or stand within your own communities?
No experience is needed. There is no pressure for your art to look any particular way. This is simply a space to slow down, notice, create, and reflect.
Art supplies will be provided for sharing, or you are welcome to bring your own.
