What To Expect
🎨 Peaceful creative flow time - as always, our events begin with 45 minutes of time to connect with yourself, enjoying shared silence as you sketch, journal, read or enjoy your favourite offline hobby
🧊🔥 Genuine connection - the chance to connect with new people as you dare each other to take a cold dip before laughing it off in the sauna
🎶 Community vibes - calming background music and a welcoming atmosphere

15:45 - 16:00 | Arrive & make yourself at home in the Activity Hub
16:00 - 17:00 | Solo flow state - time to enjoy your favourite hobby
17:00 - 18:00 | An hour to rotate between the pond, ice baths and sauna at Fire & Ice - and we have the whole place to ourselves 🙏
18:00 | Round-up and goodbye

Sit back and recharge by reading a book, drawing, journaling, knitting, free-writing, or engaging in any solo activity you like. You can do your own thing without being disturbed while enjoying relaxing music in the background. Please bring your own books or creative supplies to keep yourself busy.

Did you know that the pond at Fire & Ice used to be a seal enclosure? Surrounded by nature, you'll take a dip in the cool pond or the colder ice baths (if you dare...) and then chat with others in the cosy saunas. All while your phones are locked safely away, the outside world and all its distractions at bay...

In case you’re not quite ready to let it go, no worries - just turn it off and keep it tucked away, out of sight!
