Mr. Jordan Fisher
Venture Partner at Antler Japan/ Co-Founder and Chairman of Zehitomo
Mr. Jordan Fisher is Venture Partner at Antler Japan, where he supports ambitious founders building the future. He is also Co-Founder and Chairman of Zehitomo, Japan’s leading marketplace for local services.
Previously, he served as Vice President at J.P. Morgan in Tokyo, working across Fixed Income Technology and Equities Sales & Trading. Born and raised in New York, he holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and actively mentors startups in Japan.
Mr. Joshua Barry

With over 20 years of experience building and scaling businesses in Japan and across Asia, Mr. Joshua supports early-stage startups (Pre-Seed to Series A) in turning bold ideas into scalable operations. As co-founder of ZAIKO, he led the company’s global expansion in ticketing and livestreaming for over a decade.
Today, he advises founders in Tech, EdTech, F&B, and Entertainment, focusing on fundraising, go-to-market strategy, and cross-border growth.
Ms. Ryoko Manabe
Managing Director @Alchemist Japan | Startup Acceleration, Ecosystem Building
Ms. Ryoko Manabe is the Managing Director of Alchemist Accelerator, one of the world’s premier enterprise accelerators. A dual-degree graduate of Cornell University (Engineering and Agri & Life Science), she previously held leadership roles at Endeavor Japan where she specialized in building startup ecosystems and mentoring high-impact entrepreneurs to scale globally.
She acts as a strategic bridge between the Japanese and U.S. markets, cultivating deep networks with top-tier VCs, global corporations, and government entities. Her mission is to provide world-class infrastructure that empowers the next generation of Japanese founders to succeed on a global stage.
Mr. Jack Hussey
Investor
Almitas Capital
Jack Hussey is a portfolio manager at Almitas Capital, an investment management firm based in Santa Monica, California. He previously worked at Washington Harbour Partners and Matrix Capital Management on crossover investing across market sectors. Jack is also an active angel investor, with several investments with significant operations in Japan.
