Why now
AI capabilities are advancing faster than the safety talent ecosystem can keep up. Successif estimates it takes 6 to 16 months to land an AI safety role. That lag is costly when the window to build is now. The bottleneck isn't motivation or money: it's people, organizations, and the connective tissue between them. This summit is one day of that connective tissue.
