About Event

What does Blueprint look like from the eyes of people who’ve taken on some of its biggest roles?

Join us for a panel with Blueprint members who’ve played major roles across engineering, product, design, marketing, and more. Outside Blueprint, they’ve worked at places like Jane Street, Databricks, Roblox, Hamming AI (YC S24), BetterUp, and Golf Canada.

You’ll hear firsthand about what they did at Blueprint, what they learned from leading projects and teams, how those experiences translated into their work outside the organization, and what they wish they knew earlier.

If you’re curious about joining Blueprint this fall, this is also a chance to meet the team, hear what being part of Blueprint is actually like, and get an early look at new ways to get involved 👀‼️

Expect honest stories, practical advice, and a behind-the-scenes look at what it’s really like to take on meaningful responsibility at Blueprint.

Whether you’re figuring out your next co-op, thinking about joining Blueprint, or just want to hear from people who’ve been through it, come hang out with us! 💙

What to expect

  • Introductions from each panelist and a look at the roles they’ve held at Blueprint 🎤

  • Firsthand stories about projects, leadership, and lessons learned inside the organization 💡

  • A moderated conversation about co-ops, career growth, and how Blueprint shaped their path 💼

  • Audience Q&A, plus a first chance to ask about a few new ways to get involved with Blueprint! 👀

  • Snacks + good company :)

Open to students from all years. Come curious!
