Please note that this reservation is for entry and freebie eligibility only. Time slots are used for crowd control and do not guarantee immediate entry. Guests are welcome to stay and enjoy the café after check-in, with no required time to leave.
Freebie Eligibility: Freebies are available only for guests with a valid RSVP code. Walk-ins may enter depending on capacity, but will not be eligible for freebies.
Entry & Capacity: Entry is based on actual arrival time and venue capacity. If a time slot is full, reservations for that session will close. Please select another available time or check back later.
No-Shows & Attendance: A reminder email will be sent one day before the event. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your RSVP in advance so other Hunters can take the spot.
Failure to cancel and attend will be recorded as a no-show. Accumulating two no-shows within the same month may affect your eligibility for future events.
