You’re invited to an intimate dinner exploring how culture decides what counts as creativity.

Cannes Lions presents itself as a ranking of creative excellence. But its history reveals an ongoing expansion of what the industry is willing to recognise as creative.

From TV spots and print ads to websites, PR stunts, product innovations, and cultural interventions that barely resemble advertising, each era has redrawn the boundary.

Now, AI enters the negotiation — expanding access and reshaping the question of creative legitimacy.

The evening will explore what happens when creative production becomes abundant, but cultural recognition remains scarce — bringing together a select group of leaders at a beautiful villa just minutes from central Cannes and the Boulevard de la Croisette.

Over 3 courses, guests will discuss the challenges that arise when effort and output are increasingly decoupled. We’d love you to join us and share your perspective.

Guests can wait in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance vehicle drop/collection point. The transport company has cleared this with the hotel. The pick-up point is located on the corner of a side street just off the Croisette - easily visible, and accessible.
