Maize: Dev Mind Circle #2
This is a small, invite-only gathering for tech people in Copenhagen who care about mental health and want a calm, safe space.
We’ll be 6–10 people and spend about an hour together in a guided format:
Welcome and a short intro to why this space exists
Quick grounding (1–2 minutes of breathing)
Sharing round: “How are you really?” – each person gets a few minutes, with no interruptions and no pressure
Open conversation or smaller group chats, if it feels right
Closing round: “One word for how I leave today”
No networking pressure, no pitching, no need to “perform”. Just a quiet, respectful space to show up as you are.
Future events may include sauna, cold plunge, yoga, breathwork, walks and soft social meetups.
Some sessions might also include a professional coach – but this first one is just us, keeping it simple and human.
Who it’s for
Tech people in Copenhagen who:
Care about mental health and wellbeing
Want a calm, safe, non-judgmental space
Prefer smaller, more intimate groups over big public meetups
Why it exists
This circle exists to create a small, trusted community where we can be honest about things like stress, burnout, impostor syndrome, loneliness and general life pressure – and support each other without judgment.
It’s peer support, not therapy. We’re here to listen, relate and make it a bit easier to be human in tech.

Code of Care
To keep this a genuinely safe space, we follow a simple Code of Care:
Confidentiality – what’s shared in the group stays in the group.
No fixing / no coaching unless asked – we listen more than we advise.
No judgment – different experiences and perspectives are welcome.
No pressure to share – you can always pass on any question.
Not therapy – this is peer support, not professional treatment.
If someone needs deeper support or is in crisis, we encourage them to reach out to professional help or emergency services. This group is a complement, not a replacement.
