Beyond AI Coding: Build an Autonomous Product Loop
Stop being the bottleneck of your own product.
Claude Code, Codex and Cursor made development fast — but every step still runs through you. You set the task, feed the context, review the output, decide what's next.
This workshop shows the next step: two AI agents — a PM and a Developer — working as a small product team on a real product, live in front of you.
What you’ll see live
The PM agent analyses the product and user signals, spots UX issues, prioritises improvements, tests user flows in the real interface and reviews the Developer's work. The Developer agent implements changes, runs tests and opens pull requests. They coordinate through your choice of GitHub Issues or Linear, keep shared memory between tasks, and move through a full loop:
Research → Prioritisation → Implementation → Testing → Review → Next iteration
You set the direction. The loop keeps moving without you supervising every action.
Where it breaks — and how to stop it
This is not a magic engineering team, and we won't pretend it is. Alex and Kate will show real failures from building this system: an agent that recursively spawned sub-agents and burned through the model budget, wrong decisions made on incomplete product data, and the points where human review still has to happen — plus the orchestration rules that prevent runaway loops.
What you take home
The full working repository: both agents, shared memory, task handover logic, automated testing, GitHub Issues / Linear integration, and setup instructions for local and remote deployment. Clone it, point it at your own product, and skip the months of trial and error that went into it.

Founders, CTOs and hands-on builders shipping with AI coding tools. You'll get the most out of it if you already use Claude Code, Codex or Cursor — but if you're still deciding whether to go agentic, the live demo will answer that faster than any blog post.
Format
Live, demo-led, with an optional hands-on track: bring a laptop with a GitHub account and Claude Code or Codex set up to run the system alongside Alex and Kate — on your own product or the prepared repo. Cursor users are welcome to follow along with the demo; the hands-on system runs on Claude Code or Codex. A laptop is not required to benefit. Questions welcome throughout.

Cancellations and transfers
In-person tickets are fully refundable until 7 days before the event.
After this point, tickets are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to another attendee subject to approval by the organisers.
Online tickets are non-refundable.
If the event is cancelled by the organisers, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.
If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders may transfer their ticket to the new date or request a full refund.
