DJing for Creatives (Online)

​This virtual intro session explains what DJing is, how it works, and why it is such a powerful creative tool. Participants learn about the basic equipment, software, and core concepts like tempo, transitions, and flow.

​Facilitators show how DJs build sets and shape the mood of a room, using examples and demos that are easy to follow. Youth will start thinking about how their own musical taste and story could translate into a DJ style.

​This workshop prepares participants for the in-person sessions, where they will get more hands-on with gear.
