This challenge involves building a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for a real B2B SaaS company that is post product market fit and under $5M ARR. The objective is to apply SaaS fundamentals, market understanding, customer insights, and operator-level judgement to design a focused, execution-ready GTM plan.
The exercise goes beyond desk research and emphasises real customer signals, clear trade offs, and practical sequencing. The final output is a structured GTM Strategy Memo, designed to reflect how GTM decisions are actually made in early stage SaaS companies under constraints, with incomplete information, and real consequences.
