• ​If you have no self-management role (don’t manage your own workflows, don’t work with your own clients, or no flexibility to self-organize)

• ​6 weekly in-person workshops in a small group, with hands-on training (Thursdays at Pluto, 4 - 6pm)

​HOW IT WORKS - THE CURRICULUM:

​Milestone 1 - Foundations: For Being a Consistent Creator

• ​what to do before, during and after work to create focused deep workflows and follow through on what you really want to get done

• ​how to take back your time from distraction, task switching, and overwhelm (no longer get pulled in every direction, even when life gets busy)

• ​sustainable ways to stay grounded, connected to yourself and authentic expression instead of lost in the noise of what you “should” be sharing, getting stuck in comparison or having to curate and perform

• ​low screentime habits, using your time on social media efficiently, share your epic creations or services without getting sucked into endless notification-checking or comparison

​Milestone 2 - Organization: For a Sustainable, Relational Biz System

• ​how to prioritize tasks and structure your weeks in a way that actually works for your brain (neurodivergent friendly) 

• ​flexible organization methods to get sh*t done without crushing your inspiration or getting “tunnel vision” and falling off all your other routines

• ​simple, relationship-based systems for an authentic online presence without being owned by the algorithm - biz structure foundations that build real relationships instead of just metrics, help build income and impact instead of just “going viral”

• ​timeless fundamental biz systems that outlive any algorithm or platform you can use in online marketing or offline / “old school” promo - for storytelling and an authentic nurturing process that takes people from strangers to real, connected community members (and paying clients)

​Milestone 3 - Follow Through: For Actually Doing the Thing (Together)

• ​from setup through to the accountability of practicing as a group, testing what works and troubleshooting what doesn’t, so you leave the course with a system that’s sustainable for you

• ​practice following through on your edge: staying focused in deep work sessions, sharing consistently and being seen in your authentic expression as a creator, saying no to busy work and prioritizing the real focus that builds the relationships, clients and stability for your business (and actually enjoy the process)
