DCC 005 | FREE MIND | a writing room for people with too many thoughts.
For overthinkers who can’t switch off, this is a 2-hour reset
Free Mind is a morning session built on Phased Cognitive Crafting — a neuroscience and psychology-informed prompt sequence designed to move your nervous system through cognitive offloading. You arrive with a head full of noise. You leave with one clear thought and a quieter mind.
The prompts are sequenced for a reason. You'll move from full brain dump to a single reframing sentence.
Come as you are. The room is quiet, unhurried, and welcoming.
What's included:
A guided two-hour session with four sequenced PCC prompts
Creative materials — pens, fine liners, stickers, colouring
Soft music throughout
A selection of teas to sip and settle into the experience (with a coffee store within the venue if you prefer something different)
Your own Dopa Fix journal (worth £34)— zipped leather-look, built-in pen, bullet journal inside, internal pocket, yours to keep.
£25 · Saturday 16 May · The Factory, E8 2DA
Doors open at 10:45. We start at 11:00.
Hosted by Jo — applied neuroscientist and founder of dopa fix.
