GTM Lab: Peer-to-Peer Strategy Session with a Techstars Investor & Ex-Founder
You’re invited to Founder Alchemy’s GTM Founder Lab - a curated, hands-on session where early-stage founders workshop their go-to-market strategies with peers and an experienced founder.
This session gathers founders who are preparing to launch or scale their product, alongside a guest GTM expert - an experienced founder or marketing leader from a later-stage company - to help refine positioning, channels, and early traction plans.
We group founders by category to ensure relevant, cross-learning feedback - turning individual challenges into shared insights.
Please apply through the RSVP form - spots are limited to keep discussions focused and personalized.
About the Guest Mentor:
Christine Lu Hong is an Investment Manager at Techstars NYC. In addition to her investor role, she is a former founder and engineering-product lead: before joining Techstars she co-founded multiple startups and worked in product / trust & safety roles (including at Tinder), with a background in computer science and economics.
As co-founder of FemBuild Collective, she’s a passionate community builder - especially supporting female engineers and technical founders in New York City.
Through her dual background as founder and investor, Christine brings grounded empathy and sharp insight when advising early-stage teams on product, fundraising readiness, and startup acceleration.
Format & Flow
The session runs approximately 2 hour.
We’ll begin with brief founder introductions, followed by 5 mins demo time for each founder, then GTM deep-dives, peer feedback rotations, and guided commentary from our guest expert.
Each founder will have the opportunity to:
Present their current GTM plan or upcoming launch strategy
Receive feedback on positioning, acquisition channels, and conversion tactics
Learn how later-stage founders structure marketing ops and measure success
Exchange best practices and tactical lessons with peers
The environment is designed to be open, practical, and collaborative - founders working side-by-side to turn ideas into action.
Additional Notes
Please bring your current GTM plan or draft strategy (Notion, slide, or doc format).
By attending, you consent to being photographed and potentially featured in recap content or community highlights.
