We believe that community is key to amplifying women. In its infancy, The Good Circle hopes to drive greater visibility and provide a platform for women.
We strive to be a welcoming space for underrepresented groups such as women of minority races and neurodivergent women; an engine for an inclusive culture in tech, where people can show up to work as their authentic selves.

As AI upheaves our design role, there's a lot of noise making it hard to find the real signals. The traditional boundaries between engineering, design, and product management are rapidly blurring. Last year, a major quality perception gap emerged: 68% of developers feel AI improves their work quality, compared to just 40% of designers. Let's track the data, see where our workflows have changed, and have an honest conversation about where our roles are headed.
Xinni is a UX Designer at Google who runs the Intel Program for AI Transformation across designers Google-wide. Her work focuses on tracking the evolving role of designers and tools, and crafting a UX AI curriculum for the company. Over a ten-year career starting in Silicon Valley, she has designed for YouTube, Android, Search, and Payments. A Comp Sci graduate from NUS, Xinni also co-founded Vibe Coders Community, dedicated to exploring intentional AI-native building workflows and now landing in Singapore!

Exploring what it means to be an AI-enabled designer, specifically how AI can take on the tedious grunt work for licence reviews and artifact generation to bring stakeholder alignment, so we can focus on the human work that actually needs us: OD, breaking down inter-dept siloes and managing stakeholders.
A live demo of an orchestration of AI sub-agents that automate service design workflows, generating artifacts that help non-technical stakeholders visualise what the experience could look like after a review, getting everyone on the same page, earlier. AI isn't here to replace designers. It's here to give us our time back to do impactful work.
Cheryl is a Senior UX/Service Designer at GovTech, designing services that make it easier for businesses to work with government. With 14 years of design experience across studio, agency, startup, and consultancy, she's worked on projects across 4 continents before landing in government.
She believes the hardest problems are people problems. The human work of breaking down siloes, growing capability, and co-creating solutions that outlast your involvement. That's where designers bring the most value.
Her recent work includes leading licence streamlining, a cross-agency effort that directly reduces time and cost for businesses, shipping the HS/CA Product Code Checker, an LLM-powered trade tool, and launching askHugh.ai from a team hackathon. Currently building an orchestration of AI sub-agents to automate service design workflows.
