🧘♀️ The 90-Minute Mental Wellness Workout
This all-in-one experience combines grounding movement, reflective conversation, mindfulness-based journaling, and guided meditation, designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect with your partner.
🌿 What to Expect:
Meditation & Reset – Begin with grounding breathwork to release outside distractions and arrive fully with each other.
Partner Vinyasa Yoga – Led by Our Studio Wellness founder Justine Chun, this accessible flow invites connection through movement, breath, and playful presence.
Therapist-Guided Conversation & Journaling – Led by Anna Lacy, MHC-LP, of Be You Psychotherapy, this month’s reflection will focus on communication, deeper understanding of your partner, and shared goal creation.
Connection Session – Stay after class for mingling, giveaways, and shared moments with other couples.
