DevTools Meetup | SF
AI is changing the way we code and carry out work. We're all figuring out how to adapt and stay productive. But how does this change the way we interact with others? How can we be good teammates and go farther together?
Our speakers are here to share insights on the handoff between design and engineering teams, how to prototype rapidly, and more.
This event is hosted by Resend, a company that makes an email API for developers. We're looking forward to hearing some advice, enjoying tasty snacks, and making new dev friends. Don't worry—this isn't just a poor excuse for a sales pitch. This one's for the devs.

Talks
Leah Thompson, Why Great UI Matters More than Ever
As AI makes it faster than ever to create software, more and more products are starting to feel the same. So how do we stand out in the age of AI? By building interfaces that create emotion and human connection.
In this talk, I'll walk through some of the frontend details, interactions, and UI decisions that help turn simple interfaces into experiences people actually remember and enjoy using.
Maayan Albert, Designers Can Code Now, Right?
As code becomes cheap, the distinction between designers and engineers is blurring. This talk explores what’s changing, what will stay the same, and how teams can best collaborate in this new world order.
