Digital Twins in Practice: Launching the DIGITWIN4CIUE White Paper

📍ROOM 3.1

Digital twins are moving from pilots to real tools for planning, operating and maintaining cities and infrastructure. To capture what this looks like on the ground, the DIGITWIN4CIUE project, funded under the Digital Europe Programme, has retrieved a collection of digital twin initiatives from across Europe into a single white paper. The event presents its findings, brings project teams on stage to share what worked and what didn't, and opens a discussion on how Europe can scale digital twins through better data, interoperability and skills.

The main session consists in a round table that discusses also how education and training can keep pace with adoption, including the experience of the Executive Master in Digital Twins for Infrastructures & Cities and the competences professionals need to design, run and use digital twins.
