Kyle Miller is a product design and UX strategy leader with 10+ years of experience in fintech, including work at Capital One and PenFed Credit Union. He co-founded the venture-backed startup Goodfynd and now runs The Vision Mill, a consultancy that gives founders and product leaders clarity before they spend a dollar on the wrong build

What we'll cover:
- How AI has changed the day-to-day work of product design, shown through real projects, not theory
- A live walkthrough of designing and prototyping with AI, including where it may fails and why human judgment still matters
- What managers and founders should expect from designers now, and how to get the best work from them
- Which design skills matter more in the age of AI, and which matter less
