Join us at Young Gun Studios in Vancouver for an evening of hands-on learning, interactive games, and a whole lot of AI fun. This is a free monthly community event designed especially for students eager to dive into the world of AI and learn what school doesn’t teach.
Focus: This event is all about Prompt Engineering, teaching you how to craft the perfect prompts to get the best results from AI tools like ChatGPT, Sora AI, and more.

We’ll kick off with a relaxed 30-minute welcome period to mingle and grab some food and drinks. Then we’ll have a quick opening by your hosts—Matthew, Leo, Itamar, and Pete—followed by some community talks where attendees can share their own AI projects.
After a brief intro on how to use different large language models, we’ll dive into our main activity: a Prompt Engineering Competition. You’ll get to experiment with crafting creative prompts for various AI tools over several rounds and learn how to get the AI to do exactly what you envision.
We’ll wrap up with a debrief, some info on our next event, and an invitation to join our community channels on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Discord.
