Cerulean II is back in 2026

24 April
Shoreditch, London

The world is in an AI super-cycle.
Models are scaling.
Compute is concentrating.
Data is becoming the real bottleneck.

But here’s the uncomfortable truth:
Most of the planet’s most important system the ocean remains largely unobserved, under-instrumented, and data-poor. 70% of our planet has barely any data?

As AI reshapes finance, defence, healthcare and cities, the next frontier isn’t more screens it’s bringing intelligence to the physical world.

Ports
Shipping lanes.
Coastlines
Marine ecosystems
Subsea infrastructure

That’s why we’re bringing back Cerulean II, our bi-annual gathering focused on how AI, robotics, and data infrastructure are being built for the ocean, in real conditions, at scale.

It’s about:
• Closing the ocean datagap
• Turning sensors into decision-grade intelligence
• Building robotic systems that survive salt, storms, and time
• Creating datasets that actually matter for climate, trade, and security
• Connecting AI vision with steel, water, and governance and defence.

At Cerulean II, founders, investors, operators, and researchers come together to ask harder questions:
What data is missing? Who owns it? Who pays for it? And what happens if we don’t build it now?

If you’re thinking seriously about AI beyond the cloud, AI that touches the real world, the ocean is unavoidable.

And so is Cerulean II.
