Our events are carefully curated to ensure a balanced mix of pharmaceutical and biotech industry professionals alongside consultants, tech providers, and startups, and we may limit or decline registrations to maintain the right participant ratio and industry relevance.

As our roundtables are designed for active knowledge sharing, we review registrations to ensure a balanced level of expertise at each table and safeguard high-quality, meaningful discussions.

  Our team of volunteers will check you in, provide you with a name tag, and show you to your seats.

• ​19:00 - 19:15: 1-Minute Flash Pitches
  1-Minute Flash Pitches happen right before our speed networking event to boost your visibility and business matchmaking.

• ​19:15 - 20:00: Speed Networking
  Time for speed networking! You have about 5-6 minutes per rotation to learn more about each other. Read our Speed Networking Best Practices guide here.

• ​20:00 - 20:15: Break
  Take a quick break before our Roundtables.

• ​20:15 - 21:00: Roundtables OR Free Mingling (depending on your ticket type)
  Following speed networking, small groups (up to 10 people) will dive into key industry challenges, trends, and opportunities.

• ​21:00 - 21:30: Open Networking
  Relax and chat with the others.

• ​Our format helps you make valuable business connections through a series of rapid 1-on-1 conversations.

• ​Each 5 to 6 minute rotation gives you the chance to introduce yourself and learn about fellow professionals from across the life sciences tech space.

• ​It’s a time-efficient, friendly, and effective way to meet like-minded professionals and entrepreneurs from Berlin’s growing life sciences community.

• ​Following speed networking, small groups of 8-10 people will dive into key challenges, trends, and opportunities.

• ​Whether you're an expert or just starting out, this is your chance to share insights, learn from others, and build meaningful connections.
