So many women move through life overriding their internal signals. This gathering invites the opposite.

An afternoon at at Appie Gallery to slow down.
To reconnect with your body.
To understand your hormonal rhythm — and learn how to work with it, not against it.

Because sustainable clarity, energy, and confidence start from within.

The Experience

Arrival & Grounding Breathwork (by @varvarafisher)

We begin by arriving into the space and settling the nervous system through guided breathwork.
This opening practice creates presence, regulation, and a shared intention for the afternoon.

Cycle-Aware Yoga Movement (by @varvarafisher)

A yoga-based movement session focused on adapting exercise to different phases of the menstrual cycle.

Rather than following rigid routines, we explore:

– When to activate
– When to soften
– How to adjust intensity
– How to move in alignment with your hormonal state

The practice is accessible and adaptable to all levels.

Educational Workshop: Cycle Syncing Through Food & Movement by @u.doma.feed (Emili Dimova)

A structured educational talk and discussion.

We’ll cover:

– The four phases of the menstrual cycle
– How nutrition can support each phase
– How to adapt movement for energy and recovery
– Practical tools to reduce burnout patterns

This session includes space for questions and reflection.

Bites & Connection by @u.doma.feed (Emili Dimova)

We close with nourishing bites and open conversation.

An informal moment to connect, share insights, and continue the discussion in a relaxed setting. Guests are welcome to leave gradually during this time.
