​This is a sprint within the larger Revenue Engine Hackathon: Madrid Edition on Thursday, 5 November 2026, a full-day GTM build day for early-stage startups in Madrid, hosted by HubSpot for Startups. The day has a sprint each for HubSpot, Clay, Claude and lemlist.

​The goal of the day: VC-backed startups, from seed to Series A, leave with a working GTM engine running on their own data.

​The Clay sprint runs from 11:00 to 12:30. Short workflow demos that combine interesting theory with tactical tips, then you build in Clay on your own ICP and data with practitioners in the room.
