Early Years Connecting Families: Transitioning to Primary School
Early Years Connecting Families: Transitioning to Primary School
Parents and carers of early years children – Join us for a session on the transition to primary school!
We’re inviting you to an online session designed to support parents and carers of vision impaired children as they prepare for the move into primary school. As councils will send offers of school places for primary schools in April, this is the perfect time to get ready for this important milestone.
This session will cover:
Preparing families for school placement and transition
Supporting your child emotionally during this change
Creating and using pupil passports to share key information with schools
What to expect:
A welcoming space to learn and ask questions
Practical tips and resources for a smooth start
A chance to connect with other parents and carers
This session will take place online, and we’ll send you the Zoom details once you’ve registered for the event.
