Urs Briner is CFO and Co-Founder of Yeastup. Yeastup is upcycling spent yeast into valuable proteins and fibers for human nutrition. Yeastup is a Swiss-based Foodtech startup supported by several Swiss universities and investors.
Anian Schreiber is Co-Founder and Managing Director of KOA, the Swiss-Ghanaian startup that unlocked a new value chain from discarded cocoa pulp, creating additional income for Ghanaian smallholder farmers and bringing entirely new flavours to the food world.
