​Whether you use ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini every day or have never written a prompt, you'll leave knowing how to get more from AI with less effort. No technical knowledge needed, and no question is too basic.

​Here's the idea at the heart of the session: efficiency builds on itself. A clear prompt gets a useful answer first time. Fewer retries means less of your time, fewer tokens and less of your usage allowance, and less energy used in the data centres that run AI. Better habits help your workload, your budget and the planet all at once.

​In 50 minutes, plus 10 minutes for your questions, AI trainer Marcus Knight will share:

• ​How to write prompts that get better answers first time

• ​How wasted prompts quietly cost you money, from hitting usage limits to upgrading your plan sooner than you need to
