Operationalizing FDEs: Measurement, Handoff, and Ownership

​Forward Deployed Engineer means something different at every company standing one up. The harder questions come after the hire: how you measure the role, where the handoff sits between FDE and the rest of the org, and who owns the customer once they're in. We'll put the room's models side by side and look at what's actually holding up.

​The Format

​Each session runs for 60 minutes on Zoom. We keep the room small enough to feel like a real conversation, but large enough to get a range of perspectives. A facilitator from inside the SolutionExec network will run the conversation.

Who Qualifies

​These sessions are for Solutions leaders operating at the Director level and above. VPs of Solutions Engineering, Heads of Solutions Consulting, Directors running large enterprise teams, and equivalent titles. If you're a manager or IC, this particular program isn't the right fit right now.
