For many companies, their legal and operational frameworks do not align with their - and their customers’ - values. Regulatory requirements are also increasingly requiring companies to report and reduce emissions, and companies are pushing climate requirements down the supply chain. Smart founders will want to get their “Climate House” in order from the start - the Climate Legal Ops Stack will be a suite of options that meets this need.
Climate Aligned Law is a climate-focused law firm and are creating tools, including a Climate Legal Ops Stack, for companies that have been asked by their customers or investors for climate goals and information, but don’t know where to start or how to align their processes with their mission.
During this educational lunch and learn, we will share more about these issues, and how we help clients navigate these challenges, manage risk, and identify opportunities for deeper climate work. We will also invite feedback on the Climate Legal Ops Stack, so founders can share more about the challenges they face.
