Join us for an insightful event where we delve into the latest work being done by the Nvidia NeMo team. We'll be diving deep into the technological forefront of the field, directly engaging with the researchers making it all possible.

​​Featured Researchers

​This event will feature two distinguished speakers from NVIDIA:

​Shubham Toshniwal is a Senior Research Scientist at NVIDIA, where he builds cutting-edge mathematical reasoning models. He co-authored the winning AIMO-2 submission, creating one of the largest math reasoning datasets to date. He also introduced GenSelect, a generative approach that pushes LLMs beyond traditional solution scoring. Shubham’s work bridges deep reasoning, code execution, and generative selection to advance AI research.

​Shuoyang Ding is a Senior Research Scientist at NVIDIA, where he develops advanced algorithms for reasoning across speech and text. His work focuses on pushing the boundaries of how AI systems understand, process, and generate multimodal information. Previously, he contributed to AWS AI products such as Amazon Translate, Amazon Q for Business, and Amazon Titan Text Embeddings. Shuoyang earned his PhD from Johns Hopkins University, with research spanning machine translation, NLP, and explainable AI.

​Your Organizers

​​Prithvi Rajasekaran is an Applied AI Engineer @ Anthropic and leads the GenAI Collective in NYC. His past experience includes work at MIT's Auto ID Lab and C3 AI, where he developed AI applications for Fortune 500 companies and led Applied AI research projects on IoT, voice recognition, and medical use cases.

​Royi Rozen is an entrepreneur and part of Cornell Tech, where he explores how XR (Extended Reality) and AI technologies can enhance patient care and reduce medical errors in hospital environments. With experience ranging from immersive storytelling to therapeutic tools, Royi is passionate about creating real-world impact in emergency departments and beyond. He is currently working on a new venture in HealthTech supported by the NSF I-Corps and Cornell Tech.

​​Alex Pizzirani is a quantitative researcher at AllianceBernstein L.P.

​​Saurav Velleleth is a Solutions Architect at Cohere, advising enterprises on building AI systems. He was previously at Retool and C3 AI, as well as a co-founder of Dogwood Technology Associates.

​​​Rahul Verma leads partnerships for the GenAI Collective in New York, connecting the chapter with businesses and other organizations in the city's AI ecosystem. He works as a Senior Software Engineer at AppliedXL, where he architects LLM-based pipelines that deliver insights for leading investment researchers, newsrooms, and industry analysts.
