Build It: Operations That Actually Work for Humans

​Who is this for: Most early-stage founders are holding their entire business in their head, working long hours without a system to catch them when things get busy or they need to catch a break. This workshop changes that in real time: participants leave with a completed Ops Canvas, a first draft of how their business runs, built with their own answers, so the business can support their life instead of consuming it.

​Workshop description: Build It is a working session for new and early-stage founders, led by Rethinking Human. Good operations are about the right structure, built around the human running the business. In five short rounds, participants get honest about what's actually happening in their business, then build: a clear one sentence offer, the work only they can do, the systems that free them up, the culture they're creating whether they mean to or not, and a simple habit of checking in. Every section pairs research-backed data with a timed build prompt, so participants aren't taking notes, they're building. Everyone walks out with a rough but real operating foundation they created themselves for their business.
