Learn to improvise a musical comedy show in just five weeks!
You’ll build songs and scenes from scratch, with classmates who are just as new (and nervous!) as you. Whether you fear karaoke, you’ve belt show tunes in the car, missing your high school theater life, or just want to try something really different and joyful, this class is for you. You don’t have to know how to sing. Your character already knows!
This class is carefully scaffolded. That means each skill builds on the next. You’ll go from “I don’t sing” to “wait... did I just sing a duet?” Get theater and stage skills too such as: how to project safely, how to hold space on stage, how to play to your audience, and how to be braver in everyday life.
It’s a 5-week class plus a final showcase where you perform a completely improvised musical: villains, heroes, group numbers and all!
Schedule: x 5 Sundays 4:00-7pm 3/8/26 through 4/12/26 (THERE IS NO CLASS ON EASTER 4/5)
