After an overview of three types of Intellectual Property (Copyright, Patent, and Trademark), and three types of Patent Law (Patent Prosecution, Patent Litigation, and Patent Licensing), the lecture will focus on IP considerations that are unique for the quantum industry and the process for turning a research paper into a patent application.

Bio: Aleksander J. Nosewicz is a patent attorney at Hansen Reynolds with a physics background and experience in AI, cloud computing, and emerging tech.
