In this talk, we share how we built the Recovery Agent, an AI-powered incident assistant that continuously analyzes real-time system metrics, incident information, and historical resolutions. An evaluation system, using LLM-as-a-judge, measures the agent's accuracy and usefulness, enabling rapid product evolution and continuous improvement.
