Tech Talk 1: Autonomous Incident Recovery at Scale: Building an Explainable and Extensible AI Agent
Speakers: Venkatesh Rangarajan, Intuit
About this talk: At Intuit, we operate thousands of interconnected services and plugins that power critical financial experiences for millions of customers. In this talk, we share how we built the Recovery Agent, an AI-powered incident assistant that continuously analyzes real-time system metrics, incident information, and historical resolutions. An evaluation system, using LLM-as-a-judge, measures the agent's accuracy and usefulness, enabling rapid product evolution and continuous improvement.
Tech Talk 2: Building AI Agents Fast and Right at Scale
Speaker: Tingwei Huang, Intuit
About this talk: This talk explores how we built an end-to-end platform that accelerates AI agent development at scale, while ensuring quality and governance rigor. We’ll dive into the full lifecycle—from prototyping, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring - and how we leverage open source frameworks, tools, and agent protocols like MCP and A2A in the platform.
Tech Talk 3: Managing State and Memory for AI Agents
Speaker: Charles Packer, Letta
About this talk: State and memory management are core to truly autonomous AI, and we believe they should be open source. I’ll share how we’re building open AI systems that enable long-horizon, stateful agents capable of complex tool use and reasoning.
Connect with fellow engineers, learn about cutting-edge technologies being utilized at Intuit and beyond, and engage with the open-source community.
We look forward to seeing you there!
