The winning start-up will:
Enter an accelerated diligence process
Present directly to the Investment Committee
Investment subject to customary diligence and IC approval.
Finalists will be announced on March 13th.

Companies modernizing legacy industries such as logistics, construction, insurance, healthcare, legal, and other operationally complex sectors
Particularly drawn to companies where AI meaningfully improves core workflows rather than being layered on as a feature
What we are looking for:
Seed stage with early commercial traction
Ideally $300K to $1M in ARR
Clear product market validation
