Dedicated time after the Masterclass to craft or refine resumes following the guidelines before meeting the recruiters.
Rotate through themed recruiter tables — 5 attendees max per table, 30-minute rounds. Topics include resume review and feedback, interview tips and prep, LinkedIn optimization, career pivots, recruiting tips, and navigating the BC job market as a newcomer.
