Tech X Design Playground

​Welcome to CUTC’s Tech x Design Playground! Taking place on Saturday, August 22nd, this event is designed as an action-packed gauntlet of creative micro-competitions. From intentional “Bad UX” to racing against the clock in live digital art and mixed-media photography, Tech x Design Playground challenges your instincts, resourcefulness, and capacity for collaboration. No design experience needed! The event is open to builders of all kinds - founders, early career designers, artists, software engineers, etc!

​Throughout the day, participants will jump between interactive design tournaments and rapid team-building sprints, capped off with a Speed Networking session designed to help you connect with fellow designers, developers, and collaborators. Supported by complimentary meals (breakfast and lunch), quick team adjustments, and a centralized awards ceremony!
