Statistics in Perl-> Stats::LikeR

​Stats::LikeR provides fast, minimal dependency statistics in Perl.

​There's no second language, and writing code in XS means that it's significantly easier on resources than other statistics packages. Results are checked using R and python's own tests to confirm correctness.

​Bio

​David Condon, PhD, chemistry, 11 years experience in bioinformatics, uses programming regularly but not an official programmer.
