Future of Facilitation LAB | Meet us at the Edge of AI

Play. Test. Learn.

A monthly hands-on session for facilitators, coaches and OD consultants — every 2nd Thursday · 12:30–14:00 CET · Zoom · free

After a year's pause, Bianca and Robin are picking these sessions back up — same spirit, new format.

The question is no longer whether AI arrives in facilitation, consulting and coaching. It already has. The question is how we meet it: confidently, ethically, and without giving up what is genuinely human about our work.

The edge is where the terrain is still forming — where tools change faster than anyone can document them and nobody has a settled answer. The way to work at an edge like that is to play. Not a webinar where one person broadcasts, but a playground pitched at the frontier.

What to expect

🔸 An impulse from practice — a concept, a provocation, or a guest showing their AI application live.

🔸 Real exchange — small group, whatever is on your mind, and time for the questions behind the tools: what does this technology do to us as human beings? What stays irreplaceably human — and how do we sharpen it?

🔸 Space for your experiments — got a prototype, a workflow, an experience to show? Get in touch beforehand.

Who it's for

Anyone who works with groups, teams and organisations — and wants to explore AI in that practice.

You don't need to be an AI expert. The edge isn't where the experts stand; it's where nobody has the answers yet. Dabbling with ChatGPT or building your own applications — same unmapped ground. If you're curious, you're qualified.

Our principles

  • Chatham House Rule — what's shared here stays protected

  • Experiment-first — trying out beats perfecting

  • As equals — we're all learners in a field moving faster than any curriculum

📅 Every 2nd Thursday, 12:30–14:00 CET, Zoom
