What is it?
The Personal Impact Workshop is a practical, interactive session for exceptional women who are considering founding a company in the near future. Its purpose is to help you understand and strengthen the way you show up as a founder, with cofounders, customers, and investors. You’ll learn and practice the building blocks of charisma (presence, power, warmth), get live feedback on how you come across, and leave with tools to make a stronger impression in high-stakes moments. This is not a generic leadership workshop. We are selective and focused only on women we believe could be exceptional founders.
Who is it for?
Women early in their careers who are serious about starting a company in the next few years. You might be technical or commercial, but what matters most is ambition and a drive to lead.
Why are we doing this?
Entrepreneurs First exists to make great companies happen that otherwise wouldn’t. We want more exceptional women to found, and part of that is building confidence and presence as a leader. This workshop helps current and future female founders show up at their best.
What will EF offer you?
A curated group of ambitious women, structured exercises with live feedback, and the chance to meet current EF female founders. Food and space are provided.
