This event features a high-intervention, carbonic honey process coffee co-fermented with apples, produced by Edwin Noreña on his farm, Finca Campo Hermoso, in Quindío, Colombia.
The flavor profile is juicy, sweet, and candy-like, almost exactly like a green apple Jolly Rancher, with hints of cider, caramel, mojito, and green tea.
